Dinner Discussion with David Lidington MP, Shadow Minister for the Middle East.

The Conservative Middle East Council (CMEC) hosted a dinner discussion at the House of Commons with the Shadow Foreign Affairs Minister, David Lidington MP.

The dinner provided a fantastic opportunity for an insightful discussion where the fourteen Arab Ambassadors could speak openly with Dr Lidington and twenty CMEC members. Important issues were raised such as the situation in Gaza, the UK's policy towards Iran and dealing with Political Islam in the Middle East region.

The Arab Ambassadors to the UK were also invited to attend the dinner to discuss issues of importance with members of CMEC.
